We sell origami kits, origami modules, ready-made origami decor items, and custom origami pieces made to your specifications. All product descriptions, images, and prices are displayed as accurately as possible. However, we reserve the right to correct errors, modify products, or discontinue items at any time without prior notice.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices are displayed in Euros (€) and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are calculated separately and shown before you complete your order. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders we have already accepted. Payment must be made in full at the time of placing your order using the payment methods available on our website.

5. Orders and Contract Formation

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase products from us. We will send you an order confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your order. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance. A binding contract is formed only when we send you a dispatch confirmation or deliver the products to you, whichever occurs first. We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion, including if products are unavailable, there is a pricing error, or we cannot verify your payment.

6. Custom Orders

We offer custom origami pieces made to your specifications. Before production begins, we will confirm the design, materials, and price with you. Once you approve and we begin creating your custom item, the order cannot be cancelled and is not eligible for return or refund, as it is made specifically for you in accordance with Article 16(c) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive. Please ensure all details are correct before confirming your custom order.

7. Shipping and Delivery

7.1 EU Deliveries

We deliver throughout the European Union. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.

7.2 International Deliveries (Outside EU)

We can ship to destinations outside the European Union upon request. For international orders, please be aware that: (a) additional shipping costs may apply and will be communicated before dispatch; (b) you are responsible for all import duties, customs fees, and taxes imposed by your country; (c) delivery times may be longer and are subject to customs processing, which is beyond our control; and (d) we are not liable for delays caused by customs clearance or other factors outside our reasonable control.

8. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

8.1 Your Right to Cancel

Under EU consumer law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your products without giving any reason. To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (for example, by email to support@oribee.store) before the 14-day period expires.

8.2 Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom orders or products made to your specifications. Once a custom order has been confirmed and production has begun, it cannot be cancelled or returned.

8.3 Returns Process

If you cancel your order, you must return the products to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days from informing us of your cancellation. You will bear the cost of returning the products. Products must be returned in their original condition. We will refund the purchase price, including the original delivery cost (except where you chose a more expensive delivery option), within 14 days of receiving the returned products or proof of return.

9. Promotional Offers

From time to time, we may offer promotions, discounts, or free gifts. Such offers are subject to availability and may be modified or withdrawn at any time without notice. Promotional gifts are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. If you return an order that included a promotional gift, the gift must also be returned, or its value may be deducted from your refund. Unless stated otherwise, promotional offers cannot be combined.

All content on our website, including product designs, images, text, and logos, is owned by Oribee Store or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the products in question. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using our website, you consent to our collection and use of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland. If you are a consumer in the European Union, you also benefit from any mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Polish courts, except where EU law requires otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on our website with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
